Restarting development

Hi folks,

I need to make a few changes to support my forum. XMB seems dead, XenForo seems dead, and phpBB 4 seems dead, so all my main choices are basically not really choices.

Therefore, I'm going to replatform the forum on CakePHP, and add a sprinkling of Ajax to the forum, starting with the Address Book (which will disappear in favor of username completion wherever you have to type it), and proper group based access control.

This will mean a normalization of the database tables. There will be a port utility to move it from this schema version to the next, but I will try to bed things down to minimize the total number of changes required.
